Refund policy

In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, items on sale on our website are not eligible for returns and exchanges

We do not accept refund unless and until the goods are damaged in transit. Please send us the picture within 48 hours of receiving the product for claiming the refund. The original packaging and bills/invoices need to be provided also.
