Tangy Papaya Chutney

A preparation adapted from a recipe by Monisha Bhardwaj

Mix 150 grams of mashed papaya (ripe) with a good squeeze of lemon juice

Tempering of mustard seeds (1 teaspoon)

1/2 teaspoon of Garam Masala and salt to taste
