Our recent Cheese and Charcuterie Workshop hosted at Krustfoods, Bangalore, was a delightful exploration of gourmet craftsmanship. Attendees, mostly students of Whitecaps International School of Pastry, immersed themselves in the art of putting together a stunning youth with cheeses from Kase Cheese, pairing them with perfect accompaniments, and presenting their creations with style.

 

 

 

The workshop covered the intricacies of flavor profiles, presentation techniques, and creative arrangements, providing participants with both knowledge and hands-on experience. The afternoon was filled with delicious tastings and engaging discussions, leaving everyone inspired and confident to create their own impressive cheese and charcuterie boards.
