Collection: RATATOUILLE

Ratatouille is a collection of exclusively designed products that were created for restaurants in collaboration with a team of experts in the culinary field. Studying ingredients' textures and colours and tasting sessions led us to designs embodying the essence of their art.

Working closely with chefs, we understood the intimate connection between food and pottery and the collection that was born is a testament to the profound intersection of culinary finesse and artisanal craftsmanship.

We wanted to call this collection "Ratatouille" as an ode to those creative minds and discerning palates in the culinary world as well as those "hard-to-please" critics and connoisseurs reminiscent of the venerable Anton Ego.
